YIN GODDESS TONIC

Makes 1 cup of tea
INGREDIENTS
16 oz Spring Dragon Tea base from Ron Teegarden
½ tsp schizandra powder from SurThrival
2 TBSP goji berries
1 tsp camellia pollen from RAW Forest Foods
¼ avocado or 1 TBSP of coconut butter
1 TBSP hemp seeds
½ TBSP raw honey or sweetener of choice
½ TBSP local organic bee pollen
PROCESS
Blend it all together until frothy. Make sure is it warm, but not too hot so it doesn’t cook the raw herbs.
