superfood smoothie

Makes 1 large smoothie meal
Here are some of the most nutrient dense and high vibe foods on the planet. If it feels like overload when you drink it, then you may need to detox before adding these types of foods to your diet. Once your body is balanced, this smoothie could keep you going for almost the whole day because it has everything you need!
INGREDIENTS
16 oz spring dragon tea base
1 TBSP Organic Burst chlorella and spirulina
1 TBSP HealthForce Vitamineral Greens
1 TBSP HealthForce Greener Grasses
1 TBSP hemp seeds
½ TBSP cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
1 scoop Truvani vanilla protein
½ TBSP bee pollen
1 TBSP raw honey
½ cup fresh blackberries, blueberries, or acai pack (optional)
PROCESS
Combine in blender and enjoy! Top with 1 TBSP of goji berries if you wish.
Feel free to add more water or sweetener if you want!
