SPRING HERB SALAD

Makes ½ gallon

INGREDIENTS

2 bunches of romaine lettuce or spinach

1 bunch mint or 2 bins from the store

1 bunch cilantro

1 bunch parsley

2 tomatoes

1 large bell pepper

1 red onion

Dressing: My favorite dressing with this salad is the Raw Turmeric Dressing (Refer to recipe in sauce section.), or you can simply drizzle balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt, and enjoy!

PROCESS

Chop romaine, tomatoes bell peppers and onions and add to bowl. Finely mince mint, cilantro, and parsley, then add to mixture.
