RAW THAI DRESSING
Recipe by Bridget Nielsen
Makes 1-2 Quarts
INGREDIENTS
1⁄3 cup toasted sesame oil
4 limes (juice)
⅓ cup chickpea miso (Miso Masters brand)
½ cup raw tahini
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tsp celtic sea salt (to taste)
⅓ cup coconut aminos
2 ″ chunk of fresh peeled ginger
1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1/2 tablespoon raw honey
A splash of water (to get the blender going)
PROCESS
Combine in blender until smooth and creamy! Taste test to see if you want to make any alterations. Add dressing to a salad or to the kelp noodle pasta recipe in the salad section.
