KELP NOODLE PAD THAI

Makes ½ gallon

INGREDIENTS

3 packs of kelp noodles

1⁄2 head of medium green cabbage

2 medium sliced red bell peppers

1 bunch of green onions, chopped

1 bunch of cilantro, chopped

1 small sweet onion, minced

2 sheets of nori (optional if you can handle seaweed)

Dressing: Use Thai Dressing Sauce! (Refer to recipe in sauce section)

PROCESS

Slice condensed kelp noodles with a knife so they’re not too long, and rinse. Chop medium cabbage, bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, and sweet onions, then add in large bowl with kelp noodles. Blend ingredients. Marinate noodles and veggies in the sauce for 15-30 minutes. Noodles will soften once they soak in the sauce. Plate up and enjoy!
